THE VALUATION PROCESS
Value Consulting Group has developed a business valuation process that is designed to ensure a high level of quality and maximize efficiency. Most business valuation assignments follow the steps listed below:
STEP 1: Pre-Engagement/Engagement

- Issue engagement letter specifying the terms of the assignment
